Two - (2) Fader Knobs are missing. This mixer was working fine the last time it was used. The internal reverb on this mixer is cool because you can adjust it separately from the effects loop. This is sized to fit into a standard 19' rack, but I have never had the rack ears for the mixer. The Audio Centron AC-8 Stereo Mixer worked great for me and still has many years of dependable service left.
