Gavin 02 Oct 2019Hi All!This is a good cam for the buck, but a week after the installation, the wall-mount just cracked and sent the cam towards the floor, luckily it swung by the cable and was cushioned by a bag. I am looking to purchase a few extra wall-mounts. The online store (Noon) I purchased it from is unable to help.PS. just yesterday after a month, I experienced the connection error & needed to restart to connect.Thanks

Staffan 30 Apr 2019Awesome camera. I have four in my house. The camera have sharp image and fast movement. I'm hoping for an update soon because the cameras loose connection after a while and won't reconnect. The SD cards are not recognized after some time. A friend with Xiaomi cameras have the same problems, so it's not my configuration that is wrong.
Radoslav 26 Nov 2018Camera stopped working in Mi Home application. Camera ask for update from firmware version 3.3.6_2018061418 to version 3.3.6_2018111514. I do update, camera download firmware, led is yellow, app show installing update from 0-100% , then camera do reboot, and after that it looks like it is not update. Still can't use camera in Mi Home app, because it ask for update, again. I have tried reset camera, and did update several times trough different ISP. Any help? Thank You.
