Truebuds will not take a charge

Please follow the below steps to make sure you are charging the TrueBuds correctly:

  1. When you plug in the cradle to charge the red light will display until it is fully charged.
  2. Once charged, unplug the cradle and put your earbuds inside (the cradle will only charge the earbuds when unplugged), press the middle button and close the cradle. You should now see 2 blue lights on each side. if you don't make sure the earbuds are sitting properly in the dock.
  3. The blue light indicates the Truebuds are charging, please leave them inside for about 2 hours or until the blue lights turn off.
  4. To confirm that they have charged, hold down the multifunction button for several seconds while holding the Truebud close to your ear. The Truebud will say 'Power On' to indicate it has turned on.

I only hear out of one Earbud

In order to get your Truebuds working properly please follow the below steps.

  1. Delete (“Forget”) the Truebuds connection from your phone and shut your phone’s Bluetooth off.
  2. Turn the Truebuds off completely and wait 10 seconds.
  3. Hold on both Truebuds for 6 seconds until both earbuds begin to flash red and blue.
  4. Once both Truebuds are flashing, take the right truebud and press the power button twice in rapid succession, wait a second, you should then hear a beep in the right ear. At this point, the truebuds are being paired to each other.
  5. Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone and search for “Gabba Truebuds” it should only come up once.
  6. Connect to “GabbaGoods Truebuds” and now your Truebuds should be paired to your phone and ready to use!
