- Feb 06, 2014 Hi All, Got the I-Cabi HD-20 Dry Cabinet from the IT Show and am setting it up. However, dont seem to find any knob to settle for any fine-tuning. Only see a L, M, H switch to toggle the RH setting. Cant seem to find the user manual either.

Insulated Halo Heat companion holding cabinet features 20 gauge stainless steel construction. The cabinet is controlled with one (1) ON/OFF power switch and an adjustable, electronic thermostat which includes a heat indicator light, temperature set button, and temperature increase and decrease buttons. The thermostat has a range of 60° to 200°F (16° to 93°C) and includes a digital display indicating the air temperature within the cabinet. The door has a heavy duty rotaryhandle with standard left-handhinging.
Each holding cabinet includes one (1) Roll-In Pan Cart (trolley) which features removable handle, pan support rails to hold full-size pans, and ten (10) wire shelves for sheet pans. Cart includes four (4) swivel casters with brake.
