We have a BOSCH washer drier exclusive serie 6. The soap dispenser has a gate on it that has no apparent mechanism for opening it. The soap powder is in a gelatinous mound in the dispenser at the end of the wash.
How do we prevent this?The washing machine gate can be removed by fully pulling and lifting.
Always keep the drawer clean
Cloths get too much shrinking,not able to iron easily,
