Looking to troubleshoot this older OCT 3000 as the error I get is 'SLD1 external power low fail detected' but I need a someone's service access with USERname and password. Is there a generic one?
Any help as I want to clean the fiber connectors and the fiber bulkhead with alcohol after testing.
